Encryption
All traffic between your devices and PoweredQuip is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Customer data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Access controls
Only authorized staff can access production systems, and access is logged. Staff access uses single sign-on with mandatory two-factor authentication.
Data residency
Data is hosted in the United States.
