THREE THINGS NO OTHER LANDSCAPING CRM HAS
Built for the work, not bolted on after.
Built only for landscape
No HVAC, no plumbing, no 'service businesses.' Every feature, every default, every screen was decided by what a landscape crew actually needs. Nothing compromised to also work for somebody else.
Learn moreMade for the size of business you actually run
Solo to small crew. Not enterprise. We're not chasing $5M operations with dedicated dispatchers. We built this for the guy running 80 lawns out of one truck, on purpose.
Learn moreFinished, not feature-stuffed
Every screen designed for one job, done well. Usable with dirty hands, in a truck, in 90 seconds. No tutorials. No configuration wizards. No bloat.
Learn moreBUILT FOR LANDSCAPE. ONLY.
Most landscape software wasn't built for landscape.
Jobber was built for every service trade: HVAC techs, plumbers, cleaners, electricians, and landscapers. Half its features are for jobs you'll never run.
ServiceTitan was built for $5M+ operations with a dedicated dispatcher and an office manager. You're not them. You don't need to be.
HousecallPro was built for HVAC. They adapted.
PoweredQuip was built for landscape, only. We made it the right size on purpose: bigger than Yardbook, smaller than Aspire, finished to a standard the category has never had.
The 9 PM kitchen-table problem.
Most landscapers run their books at night, on a laptop, with three tabs open. PoweredQuip puts it on one screen.
Without PoweredQuip
- Forgot a job you promised a friend's mom because nothing connected to your calendar
- Underbid the dethatch-and-aerate package, ate the rental cost two days in a row
- Pre-emergent on the same property as new seed because no one tracked what went where
- Rain pushes the route 3 weeks, half the clients are mad, the other half forgot they booked
- One client who calls to complain that someone down the road charges less, every single time
- Working until 8 PM every night and taking it out on the people helping you
With PoweredQuip
- One screen knows what you promised, when, and to who
- Quotes that include rental costs so you don't eat them
- Service history per property, no double-treating, no missed steps
- Weather-aware scheduling that reroutes the route, not just one job
- Bad clients flagged early. Stripe handles the chasing.
- Evenings back
The whole business, from quote to deposit.
- 01Scheduling & routes
Drag-to-reschedule, optimized routes, crew app on every truck.
- 02Estimates & invoicing
Quote, accept, invoice, paid, all from one screen via Stripe.
- 03Client comms
Email stitched to the client record. Every conversation in one thread.
Stop being the bad guy.
- Estimates the customer signs on their phone, no more "I never agreed to that"
- Stripe deposits the next morning, no more chasing payments by text
- Automated reminders go out without you having to send them
WHY THIS EXISTS
Built by someone who burned out running a crew.
PoweredQuip was started by an engineer who spent three years running a landscape crew in Washington state. Dethatching, aerating, sod removal, arborvitae, mulch, the works.
The worst week was last spring at peak season: a forgotten job for a friend's mom, rented machines on alternate days because of an underbid quote, rain pushing the route 3 to 4 weeks late, working until 8 PM every night and snapping at his dad, who was helping.
That was the week he started writing PoweredQuip.
Aerospace background. Masters in CS, focused on systems and automation. Operating a crew wasn't his forte, problem-solving was. So he built the tool he needed: one screen, accurate quotes, scheduling that respects weather, and a system that won't let you forget what you committed to a friend's mom.
Built quietly, for now. Once there are real customers, the story gets a face.
Predictable pricing. No take-rate on Pro.

Solo landscapers are who we built Starter for, and a single $49 annual bill keeps it predictable, no monthly surprises, no card to forget about. It works out to about $4/month, less than half of what a single new customer pays for a single visit. When the business outgrows Starter, Classic Pro is ready.
On Classic Pro, no: Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢) is what you pay, period. On Starter we add 0.5% on top, since the $49/year subscription alone doesn't cover platform costs for an active operator. Upgrade to Pro and the 0.5% disappears.
You'll see a banner when you cross 20 active clients. Upgrade in one click, no migration, no data export, no downtime.
